Fried Tofu Recipe
Ingredients
- 480g Tofu cut into 28 pieces
- 1 tbsp chickpea flour
- 1 tbsp yeast powder
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- Soy sauce
Method
- Mix dust together
- Add Tofu to dust and shake to cover
- Fry in very hot oil. Flip, and fry about ten minutes tops
- Add rice and veg to pan
- Add soy sauce to taste and fry the whole mess on high heat for a few more minutes
