Last Seitan Recipe
Last attempt, 19/10/25. Notes to follow
Ingredients
- 1 and 3/4 cups vital wheat gluten
- 3/4 cup chickpea flour
- 2 tablespoons dried onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup water
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp strong boullion
Method
- Whisk dust together
- Mix fluids in a bowl
- Add fluid to dust
- Knead until mixed
- Make a loaf and wrap in foil
- Chuck a cup of water in the ninja foodi
- Put the loaf in the basket
- Pressure cook on hi for 40 minutes

Didn't have any yeast powder. Not sure you can really tell.
